Industrial Wire Buyer Guide

A practical checklist for preparing a clear, reviewable wire inquiry.

Prepare a Better RFQ

A short inquiry such as “send price” leaves important variables unresolved. A structured requirement helps both parties identify the right product direction before commercial discussion.

Open the RFQ form

1. Define the use

State what you manufacture, build, tie, bale or protect. The application helps frame the product discussion.

2. State the specification

Provide diameter, surface or coating and tensile requirement where applicable. Attach a drawing or existing specification if available.

3. Confirm supply format

Explain whether you need coils, bundles, cut lengths, spools or another format, together with packing and shipment marks.

4. Add commercial context

Include order quantity, destination country or port and required timing. These details affect the feasibility review.

5. Verify before ordering

Confirm the final product description, specification, packing and commercial terms in the order documents.
